My shop got shut down. Regardless of obeying their email of uploading new designs to keep it alive. They don't care about your efforts even if you post videos spreading about them. No matter how active you are or even contribute ideas for website upgrades, they are irrelevant. They will shut it down as long as you don't generate good sales. SO THANK YOU FOR ALL WASTED TIME AND EFFORT. THE WORST COMPANY WITH BAD ARTIST RELATIONSHIP EVER.

Honestly, out of all of the times I have ever ordered anything online, this has by far been the best experience I have had, I was worried because I ordered it slightly late considering it was for a deadline, however I got in touch with the company and they were ever so helpful, I ordered it on Thursday and then it came on Saturday!!! Which to me was the best thing that could’ve ever happened and the quality of the fabric and my print was better than i could’ve imagined and their customer service was amazing, just the whole experience was just incredible, so much so that I will definitely get so many more prints from this company!! A special thanks to Nitin which is who I was emailing with, I notice your effort and you being so nice has really been appreciated!!
Also because they sent me two pieces of fabric instead of one because one of them had slightly a few white dots but that worked out so perfectly because it turned out it was just the amount I needed to make my clothes and without it, it just wouldn’t have been the same because I wouldn’t have had enough fabric so yeah they really came in to save the day

This company have been a nightmare from the start. I set up a dropshipping account for them to supply all products to my online store. Many technical issues occurred with their website when creating products, and their customer service was very poor. But I persisted as I wanted to keep everything in one place and UK based. Spent 6 months setting up my store with about 200 products (each with about 10 individually designed variations) - all exclusively supplied by Contrado. And then today - another question to the tech support team led to a revelation that they are shutting down their dropshipping operations. No warning. No email or communication. And yet I can still go on their website and continue to set up products and integrate with my store. Thank you Contrado! What a waste of HUNDREDS of hours of my life.

I purchased the free off-cuts of fabric for just the price of postage and was very pleasantly surprised.
Quite large pieces the smallest being half a metre x WOF, nearly all white and very useful, good quality fabric and also a couple of chiffon scarves already hemmed.

AVOID! My entire order was printed wrong, except for one piece which was missing entirely. It has been nearly 2 weeks now and they still haven’t sent the missing piece or rectified their errors on the others. Customer service is the worst experience I have ever had with any company ever. I never write bad reviews but my experience with them is so unbelievable I am making an exception. I can’t even put into words how much I recommend avoiding this company.

Best coustmer service it was so way & nice to deal with the team & my order was taken by Yasheshwari she is so nice in helping me with the order & with the whole process thank you Yasheshwari so much. And rest of the team also fantastic thank you all. And finally the product results was amazing 🤩 everything is quality.

Great service, It is the first time I find a print company that handles my print requirement so smoothly and efficiently. I hope to have found a life partner for many projects.

Received my silk scarf and a tunica I ordered. Both items came fast, took less than a week after ordering. They are very high quality, both fabric and print wise.

The only thing preventing me from giving full score, is the fact that I ordered gift wrapping for both items (two satin bags). I thought the items would arrive INSIDE the gift wraps. Instead, the gift wraps were packed in plastic neatly next to the items.

Granted, I did order as a private person and not as a business. Perhaps there are packaging settings in their Shopify app. I haven't tried the Shopify integration yet, but if the experience is the same there, I will skip using gift wraps for my products. It would be neat though, as having items arrive in personalized bags/boxes is a very bespoke way of building/sustaining a brand.

I hope a spokesperson at Contrado can reach out to me here and answer regarding gift wraps.

Very impressed
I am very impressed with the quality of printing & fabrics Contrado use but I must also add - they are extremely quick!! The turnaround time is amazing. Additionally Contrado sorted out an issue I had & gave me a point of contact so that I can discuss issues like sizing. I am looking at setting up a shop & I have investigated other sources but I think Contrado is the best. It may look pricey but if u try printing out the fabrics - even if u do this in China, & then add production costs shipping costs & customs duties & inconvenience- u will realise Contrado is actually REALLY competitively priced.
I made an order last week that I expected next week (made it late in the week). It’s ready already, if you would like to see examples of Contrado quality contact me & I will send photos. I will try & attach some here.

A pleasure to do business with this company. They have been reliable, polite and very helpful with my order. And it arrived so quickly, too.

Ordered a blind, really happy with the printed image, though had an issue with DHL damaging packaging and subsequently part of blind. Emailed Contrado and they sent a replacement part that arrived the following day so all end up great. Blind print quality good and customer service good hence 5 stars.
