"Loved how much I could customise!!!"
I used Contrado to make a personalised gift and didn’t expect there to be so many options!!! Uploading my design was really easy, and I could play around with the size, fabric, and little details without feeling totally lost!!!
When it arrived, it was really close to what I’d pictured, which was such a nice surprise!!! It definitely wasn’t the cheapest thing ever, but for something custom and a bit more special, it felt worth it!!!

I had a small issue with my order and was feeling a bit frustrated at the time, so I messaged Contrado customer service. They got back to me quickly and were really helpful, without making the whole thing feel like a hassle. It did take one extra email to get everything sorted, which is why I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5, but overall I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Colors came out just right"
I ordered some printed fabric and the colors ended up matching my file really well. I was a little nervous about how it would turn out, but it came looking pretty much spot on. Really happy with it.

I was way more impressed than I expected to be. The print quality is seriously so good, I may have dramatically gasped a little when I opened it. It feels really nice, looks well made, and just overall feels like way better quality than I was ready for.

The design tool was easy to figure out, and my upload came through nice and clear. It did take me a few tries to get everything lined up properly, though, mostly because the communication/instructions weren’t as clear as they could’ve been, which was a bit annoying. Still, it worked out fine in the end and I’d use it again.
